About Me
Welcome to my page! I'm delighted that you're curious enough to explore this site, and look forward to meeting you to do some serious transformation work.
I'm here to serve people who'se fire burns for a better world, a sustainable world in all it's aspects.
Coming from a place of wanting to contribute to global sustainability, I finished a masters degree in Agronomy with special focus on Environmental Conflict Management. During this process it became clear to me how important the human psychological dimension is to solving environmental issues. Fascinated with understanding what makes humans behave the way they do, I ended up studying all sorts of coaching related methods. Trying them out on myself to understand how they worked and how I could use them.
And yes, like everyone else, I've had plenty to work on myself. I know all too well the feeling of almost burned out and the repercussions on performance, well-being and relationships. This has happened several times during major transitions and crises in my life. What I've learned is, it's not that we stop experiencing challenges in life, it's really how skilled we become at identifying what's really going on, how we manage ourselves while navigating the situation and how we interact with others involved.
In diving, one of the key principles is, deal with the small problem immediately, this way it doesn't grow. When in overwhelm or stress, however, we likely lack the awareness of problems, or we put our blinds on to ignore them. Our nervous system can only do what we've trained it to, often settling in the default pattern of fight, flight, freeze, our survival reaction. We simply need to train our brains and reaction pathways to stay more flexible in the situation, make space for choice of state and reaction.
My coaching background has a solid foundation of skills for transformation from NLP Classic and New Code, Strategic Intervention, Thoughtfield Techniques and Positive Intelligence. On this basis, I will tailor my work around your individual needs and aspirations. There is no standard form, 'cause you are you, and your bring your unique blueprint of how you interact with the world around you.
You’re passionate, mission-driven and in for the long-haul. However, you’re likely feeling the wear and tear of constant juggling of tasks, demands, other’s needs and agendas. Entrepreneurship programs teaches you about the practicalities of being on a mission, but often fails to teach about emotional and mental mastery so that you can secure your own inner sustainability while working on global sustainability.
I’m here to support you transform. Help you tweak your way of thinking, detach from old emotional blocks and implement habits that ensure you can thrive all the way while creating that positive change you want to see in the world.
If you’re willing to commit to your own well-being as a crucial part of working on your mission, then I’m here to serve you.
