At Heartcore Impact (HI), is committed to make sure your personal data, which may be processed as part of you using the website and services of HI, is protected in a way that adheres to the GDPR regulations of the EU. As a user of the services provided here, you are entitled to know about why, what, how, where your data is processed. Below you'll find those details and information of your rights and how you may contact HI if you have any queries to the use of your personal data.

When signing up to using the services provided by HI, you will specify in the coach-client agreement what data processing you give consent to.

The Purpose of the data processing
At Heartcore Impact the purpose of processing your data are several:
1. Bookings of coaching sessions and consultations
2. Participating in programs and courses
3. Analysis and Statistics of activity on -and how to optimize the user experience of - the website
4. Marketing
According to Article 6 of the GDPR regulation, the legal basis for the processing of your data at HI is:
- Art. 6(1)(a) you give consent
- Art. 6(1)(b) in order to deliver a service you purchased and thereby signed a coach-client agreement about.
- Art. 6 (1)(f) providing and maintaining services
- Art. 6(1)(f) improving and optimizing the website and services
- Art. 6(1)(a) Sending newsletters and promotional materials if you have subscribed to such.
- Art. 6(1)(f) responding to enquiries.
- Art. 6(1)(c) complying with legal obligations.
Your data associated with the use of the services at HI are archived as long as you are enrolled in any of the services provided at HI or you have agreed to otherwise or until you withdraw your consent. However, in case of paid services, data used for book keeping is kept for 5 years.
1. Bookings of Coaching Sessions and Consultations
When booking a session, your name, email address and phone number is used for being able to register who is booking the session, where to send booking confirmation and reminder as well as being able to call you if the internet is disconnected at the onset of or during the time of the scheduled session. In terms of paid sessions, your postal address is also collected for the invoice you will receive.
When entering a coaching-client relationship and sign the Coaching Agreement, you specify what you give your consent to. HI will process your data according to this agreement.
In some cases, you may be asked to fill out a test, or an evaluation. Your name and email address may be used by the relevant third party (fx Positive Intelligence or the platform for the survey questions) in order to know where to send your test results, or log your entries into the survey.
In case of saving test results for use in our work together, the information collected will be stored on a separate hard-disk, which is only accessed, when the computer is offline. The purpose is to ensure an opportunity to plan how to best help you and provide the highest quality of service for you. Contributing with this information is of course fully voluntary.
2. Participating in programmes and courses
For you to gain access to an online program or a live course, it is essential that you register your name and email address. Your phone nr is collected in order to be able to call you, in case the internet is disconnected, and it is time to follow up with you, or if you've been absent online not responding to messages there. In addition your postal address is collected for the invoice you will receive.
When enrolling for the program or course you also sign a coach-client Agreement in which you may specify your consent. HI processes your information according to what you give consent to in that agreement.
Notes may be taken, in that case on paper, in order to ensure I, Anne-Mette, can do my utmost to provide the best possible service to you during your participation. This paper will be locked away in a file cabinet, to which only I, Anne-Mette, have access.

This website uses cookies to collect information on the user activity on the website, as noted in the Cookies Information you recieved initially when entering this website and which can also be accessed at the bottom of this website under "Cookies Settings".
The purpose of this data collection is to ensure the website performs in the best possible way for your optimal user experience.
In addition, it is useful for the purpose of improving the messaging and services of HI to access and analyse the statistics on the use of the website.
4. Marketing
HI collects your consent for specified types of marketing in the coach-client Agreement, which you sign upon entering a coach-client relationship here. These include for instance permission to use testimonials and statements during presentations to new audiences. It also includes specifying which digital channels or types of physical platforms you give consent to, for instance use on the HI website or in written material for the purpose of introducing the products and services of HI to new potential customers. You may at any point in time withdraw such consent or parts of the consent, simply send a written enquiry to the above email address.
Processing by third parties
Your data will be processed by various other parties, where relevant, for me to deliver my services to you. These third parties are also required to live up to the GDPR regulations. Below you find the platforms I use and the respective data agreements to document their compliance with GDPR.
